Shopping for wine can be daunting. Akin to staring at the rows of women’s deodorants in the drugstore or the fusillade of yogurt flavours at the market, choosing a bottle of wine can overwhelm even the most decisive of people. Enter wine clubs! You may or may not have heard of these trending memberships, but they are worth a second look. I recently purchased a three-month WineCollective membership for my parents for Christmas and, after their first delivery arrived, I was blown away by the two cool bottles that showed up (a French Côtes du Roussillon Blanc and a Portuguese Sangiovese). Additionally, the packaging was durable, presentable and included a beautifully designed card with winery info, tasting notes and pairing suggestions. They were thrilled!
