10 Things to Do in Edmonton This April

1. The feature pyramid at Muttart Conservatory is changing for spring. Feast your eyes on their beautiful tulip, daffodil and hyacinth arrangements, and look for this year’s special Canada 150 bulbs!

2. The Second Season Street Party is back on Rice Howard Way. Enjoy extended patios at your favourite bars, tacos from Tres Carnales and live tunes. Entry is free!

3. Head to the Art Gallery of Alberta for a new interactive exhibition called Touch Lab: Leave Your Mark. More fun, less stuffy than your average art exhibition.

4. Speaking of art, the 37th annual BWDC Art Auction is where you can snag your very own piece to take home.

5. We love any opportunity to celebrate our sisters! The Global Women of Vision Luncheon happens at Shaw Conference Centre on April 7.

7. The Film And Video Arts Festival descends for another year on April 18. Catch some amazing local films and media artists.

9. Taste and learn about Alberta’s local produce at Eat Alberta. Hosted every year at NAIT and featuring a handful of our best farmers, winemakers, chefs, beekeepers and gardeners.
