VIP Room refunds

Dear VIP Room member,

After the closure of the VIP Room in March, we began the process of issuing refunds to all of our beloved annual subscribers for the remainder of your subscriptions. However, in the course of processing the refunds, we discovered that a number of members had mailing address information that was incomplete or out of date.

We need to correct that 🙂 In the interests of ensuring that your cheques reach you in the timeliest fashion, we ask that you please fill in this form with your current mailing address information. If you could enter your details by the end of the week, it would be most appreciated!
