Thirsty? Two local faves, Herschel Supply Co. and The Juice Truck, have partnered on a unique (and delicious) Deep Cove shop that’s set to stick around all summer long.
The pop-up, dubbed The Lemonade Stand, sells—you guessed it—cold-pressed lemonade, in Strawberry, Blue Majik, Charcoal and, for the purists, Plain, with all proceeds benefiting ArtStarts. Also available: Herschel’s own, incomparably amazing, lightweight and super-scrunchable packable backpacks and totes, available in patterned colours that perfectly match the drinks’ pantones. It may seem an unlikely union but, somehow, it works (particularly on a hot-hot-hot day, when you’ve just finished hiking to Quarry Rock).
The Lemonade Stand will be open til September, at which point it will shape-shift into a brand-new temporary retail concept (TBA). —Noa Nichol
