gold glow. Accented with flecks of gold glitter, Chanel‘s limited-edition N°5 Fragments D’Or body gel ($90) is silky, shimmering and scented with the same floral notes at the heart of the N°5 bouquet.

golden globe. Come Christmas snow globes are a must, and this golden beauty ($21 at Chapters Indigo) puts a joyful spin on the classic winter scene.

the bomb. A natural vegan Buck Naked Soap Co. Gold Rush bath bomb, topped with 22-karat gold leaf and filled with exotic black salt ($7 at Fine Finds Boutique), makes a beautiful gift.

twinkle toes. This pack of Born to Sparkle socks from Lululemon ($38) includes three shimmering styles designed with micro-cushioning in the heel and toe for the ultimate comfort (and joy).

sparkle slipper. Forget the Yellow Brick Road. Walk in gold with these 55-millimetre glitter pumps with black grosgrain bows by Miu Miu ($805 at Holt Renfrew).

tea time. From TWG Tea, this Grand Golden Yin Zhen tea ($1,032 or $126 for a tea service at the Vancouver salon) is plated with 24-karat gold.

tip top. Victoria’s Secret‘s Champagne Nights fantasy bra ($2 million), handset with diamonds, yellow sapphires and blue topaz in 18-karat gold, may beat most Christmas budgets, but it’s nice to dream about! (A more affordable VS option: a glittering bottle of limited-ed Bombshell Nights EDP, $55.)

beauty blade. A collab between Victorinox and Nespresso has yielded the limited-edition Pioneer Nespresso Livanto ($72)—a Swiss Army Knife crafted from 24 recycled coffee capsules.

ring bling. This eye-popping ring in platinum and 18-karat yellow gold with a fancy intense yellow diamond, spessartines and white diamonds (price available upon request) nearly rivals the Tiffany Diamond (currently on display in Vancouver).

eye buy. Sulwhasoo‘s Timetreasure renovating eye serum ($325) comes with a 24-karat gold massager specially designed to awaken youth in the eyes.

candy town. The best things in life really are Sweet & Sparkling, and Sugarfina‘s shimmering candy bento box ($85), filled with eight candies perfect for celebrations of all kinds, proves it.

water works. From S’well‘s Glitter Collection, this Sparkling Champagne bottle ($45) may be meant for other liquids, but we’re thinking it would keep some holiday bubbly nice and cold, too.

top coat. The iconic MA-1 flight jacket from Alpha Industries ($240) gets a golden Tna twist, and can be customized with adjustable patchwork made by Aritzia‘s own in-house designers.

party skirt. The skirt to have this season, by Lewit ($300 at Nordstrom), is ladylike and opulent in an A-line cut with a golden shimmer and released pleats that give it a little extra "flounce" (technical term).
