Some of the best "dad drinks," in our opinion, are made with rum—Flor de Caña rum. That said, the following cocktail, created by bartender Ray Burton and courtesy of our friends at Sylvanus Urban magazine (who know all about what men like to sip), may just be your best bet for a Father’s Day tipple.
The Old Man
2 oz Flor de Caña 7 Year Gran Reserva
1/4 oz simple syrup
3 dashes black walnut bitters
Stir in a rock glass with one large ice cube and flame an orange rind over top.
