3 Super (Handy) Summer Snacks

Summer is all about go-go-go: after a long Canadian winter, we’re all chomping at the fit-bit to get up, get out, move our bodies and soak in as much sunshine as possible (slathered in plenty of SPF, of course). But all that running around—and hiking, and kayaking, and camping, and swimming—requires some serious fuel, and the following snacks (along with plenty of seasonally fresh veg, fruit and water) are how we plan to keep our energy synched with our extensive summer to-do list. —Noa Nichol
