Collagen Cashew Mylk Eggnog

Try a healthy spin on your favourite holiday beverage this season. Founder Sproos Collagen and part of the team behind Love Child Organics, Leah Gerrard-Cole shares her Collagen Mylk Eggnog Recipe for a healthy twist on this holiday classic.

1/2 cup-soaked cashews (cover cashews with hot water and let sit at least half an hour, drain)
1 3/4 cups water
1 scoops MCT oil powder (20 grams)
5 large pitted medjool dates
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 tsp grated nutmeg
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp cloves
Pinch of sea salt

Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender until smooth. Strain, top with grated nutmeg and serve.
