This 2,271-square-foot boutique conditioning/performance/lifestyle studio located in the heart of Vancouver introduces a whole new concept to the world of workouts by offering functional fitness—a classification of training that prepares the body for real-life movements and activities. While using various muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time, functional fitness exercises also emphasize core stability, balance, coordination and strength.
