Climbing Over the Arbour
1 drop Bittered Sling celery bitters
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz cane syrup
1 oz Aviation Gin
Top with Sparkling Crémant Rosé
Handful of ice
Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice; short-hand shake; double strain into a glass and top with sparkling wine. Suggested garnish: dehydrated rosebud.
