Spicy Papaya & Shrimp Caesar
2 parts Grey Goose L’Orange
4 chunks fresh papaya
1/2 part lime juice
2-3 dashes fish sauce
1/2 Thai chili
6 parts Premium Clamato Juice (Walters)
Garnish with a grilled shrimp and green onion skewer. Rim with cracked dried papaya seeds and salt.
The Canadiana Cool Down
2 parts Grey Goose vodka
1 part peach liqueur
1 part fresh grapefruit juice
4 parts premium tonic water
Thyme
Grapefruit wedge
Combine all but the tonic water over cubed ice in a wine glass. Stir and top with tonic.
Garnish with grapefruit wedge and sprig of thyme.
