We were given the chance to celebrate with Molson before the grand opening via a farm-to-pint outdoor dinner. Which brings us to fun beer fact #4: pairings aren’t just for wine! True to its name, Molson Canadian is best enjoyed with fare like sharp aged cheddar cheese, Chilliwack corn, wild B.C. salmon and Fraser Valley blueberries.
