Adyashati is a spiritual teacher and best-selling author who brings a background in Zen Buddhism to the non-dogmatic talks, retreats and online courses he offers. For anyone who wants guidance in stepping away from ego and moving toward greater inner peace, take a look at his 30 Day Wake Up Challenge, which includes one month of teaching, guided meditations two live Q&As with Adyashanti and a personal journal.

tara brach + jack kornfield: power of awareness mindfulness training ($386). Meditation teacher Tara Brach offers a very down-to-earth approach to mindfulness, which she teaches in her Power of Awareness Mindfulness Training course, offered with her teaching partner, the very popular Jack Kornfield. Over seven weeks of online teaching, participants learn to heal difficult emotions and thoughts, cultivate deeper presence and tap into a state of expanded being. The next course starts February 18th, 2020.

raising humanity: the balancing act ($386). Raising Humanity offers programs that are geared to re-parenting ourselves and clearing at the root level that which we have been carrying since our earliest years. The Balancing Act is a four-week journey for parents who feel that they are on autopilot and not living their lives on purpose, providing a strong start to breaking that cycle and helping people come into more awareness, presence and increased connection with oneself and loved ones. The next cohort of the Balancing Act will be live, and begins at the end of January 2020.

will pye: living impeccably 12 month course ($74 per month). Will Pye, author of The Gratitude Prescription, has created a 12-month course called Living Impeccably that offers a combination of guided support, community interaction and personal mentorship. Pye’s teachings are very much geared toward the science-backed benefits of gratitude, quantum mechanics and the real power of our mind to create our own reality.
