Thanksgiving may look a lot different this year; luckily, H Tasting Lounge at The Westin Bayshore, Vancouver, has options to help us all give thanks in a safe and scrumptious way.
The Thanksgiving Turkey Takeout is a decadent serve-at-home feast fit for six to eight ($325), boasting Rossdown Farms free-range turkey breast and confit thigh; Bayshore honey and herb glazed winter vegetables; roasted garlic and parmesan brussels sprouts; goat cheese and chive mashed potatoes; fig and brioche stuffing; sage pan gravy and cranberry relish; and house pumpkin pie stacked with caramel rum whipped cream to finish. Got fewer guests to feed? A Thanksgiving Carvery To-Go kit is available for $45 per person (two-person minimum).
Want to let the restaurant take the lead? H Tasting Lounge’s Dine-In Thanksgiving Feast ($29) on October 11th and 12th features roasted Rossdown free-range turkey breast, cranberry compote, root vegetable pave and thyme jus, and an extra $11 will yield you pumpkin white chocolate cheesecake topped with spiced cream and candied pecans to satisfy your sweet tooth. —Vita Daily
