We’ve been there: multiple pills to take, and no decent (read: smart and stylish) way to store, organize or remember to actually take them. Enter Loba: a soon-to-launch pill organizer that’s set to fit your home and take pressure off your busy schedule.
The idea for Loba was conceived when founder Kate Bouchard was starting her own wellness journey in her late 20s. After some health challenges, Kate began a naturopathic treatment plan that included a wide range of vitamins, medications and supplements. When looking for a way to keep track of all of them, she couldn’t find a pill organizer to suit both her needs and aesthetic, let alone one that reminded her to take them.
Her solution, inspired by cherished daily rituals, blends smart technology with elegant and functional design to make pill management easier and pleasurable. Loba was designed to complement your home, whether placed on the kitchen counter, bedside table or bathroom vanity. With high-end finishes and LED lights that illuminate when it’s time to take your pills, Loba aims to encourage a positive sentiment around a mundane daily task. It also pairs via Bluetooth with a free, user-friendly app, allowing you to set twice-daily reminders for when it’s time to take your pills. Plus, you can neatly organize your supplements by day and morning/night with seven detachable compartments, split into AM and PM sections, and even pop a couple of the pods off to take on-the-go for the day or for a weekend getaway. Each pod closes tightly, so you won’t find pills spilled all over the bottom of your bag.
In short, Loba doesn’t choose functionality over aesthetic; it is a perfect combination of both. It takes the concept of “a tough pill to swallow” and totally turns it on its head!
Loba will be accepting pre-orders this fall, so be sure to join the waitlist online. We’ll also be following Loba on Instagram @shop.loba for the latest product updates and information; we simply can’t wait to #GetLoba! —Vita Daily
