Grand Margarita
1 oz Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge
1 oz Espolon Tequila
0.75 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
0.5 oz Agave Nectar or Simple Syrup (Optional)
Ice cubes
Lime garnish
Fill a wide, shallow dish with 2-3 mm of fine salt. Cut a lime in half at the width and rub around half of the rim of a margarita glass. Cut a thin, crosswise slice from one of the lime halves for garnish. Holding glass upside down, dip wet half delicately into the salt. Shake Grand Marnier, Espolon Tequila and lime juice with ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain into glass and apply lime garnish to rim.
Grand Old Fashioned
1 oz Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge
1 oz Russell’s Reserve 10 Year Bourbon
3 Dashes Aromatic Bitters
Orange Twist
Build cocktail in a double rocks glass. Dash aromatic bitters first, next add Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge, followed by the bourbon. Add a large block ice cube and stir until well incorporated and chilled. Garnish with an orange twist, expressing oils over the surface of the cocktail, then placing it on rim of cocktail glass.

1.5 oz Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge
0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Barspoon simple Syrup
2 oz Dry Champagne
Lemon Wheel
Add all ingredients except champagne to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake. Strain into a coupe or flute glass and top with champagne. Garnish with an orange peel.
