Often considered the pioneer of laid-back California-cool design, interior designer Amber Lewis has collaborated with 15 Etsy sellers from around the world (including three Canadian sellers) for her first-ever holiday décor partnership: a limited-edition collection of décor and gifting essentials. Featuring everything from hand-knit garlands and stained glass ornaments to marble wine chillers and reusable furoshiki gift wrap, this co-designed collection is timeless, elevated, and made to spark cosy memories for years to come.
“Artisans operating small businesses just get quality craftsmanship. Creating timeless pieces with the participating Etsy sellers who are experts in their chosen materials like leather work, stained glass, soft knits and more, helped create a collection that will set the scene for many seasons to come,” says Amber. “Throughout this experience, it was important to me that I honored each seller’s design process.”
By using classic materials and natural earth tones, Amber and the participating Etsy sellers—including Montreal-based claydore, Ottawa’s OrdinaryDutchStudio, and woodcrafts-maker AtelierDMontreal—set out to create pieces that will work seamlessly with a variety of interior styles and serve as great gifts for all kinds. Featuring everything from hand knit garlands and stained glass ornaments to marble wine chillers and reusable furoshiki gift wrap, each unique design will infuse any home with a refined and livable holiday charm.
“All of these pieces are completely versatile and meant to add to your existing collection in a fresh and exciting way,” she adds. “My hope is that these items become heirloom pieces, passed down and used for generations.” —Vita Daily
