There’s a “big top” of a time to be had at the Shangri-La Toronto this spring. The hotel has announced a curtain-raising partnership with Cirque du Soleil’s KOOZA for a second year running.
This terrific “tea-ming” includes a limited-edition Cirque-inspired Afternoon Tea and an innovatively curated stay experience. The Ultimate Cirque du Soleil Escape is available from now until June 18, and includes a lavish one-night stay at Shangri-La Toronto, two VIP Cirque du Soleil tickets with access to the VIP suite including a fully licensed bar, plus appetizers before the show and during intermission. Additionally, there will be a pre-show photo opp with a KOOZA cast member as well as a dedicated entrance for Shangri-La Toronto guests with VIP service hosts. The stay will also offer guests
breakfast for two at the hotel and comp valet parking. The package starts from $950 for two guests.
Also on offer: an inspired Afternoon Tea available at the hotel’s Lobby Lounge, also till June 18th, mirroring some of the key characters and scenes of the show. The menu showcases a fusion of ideas and flavours including: The Arial Acrobatic (Beef Tartare, Brioche, Capers, Jerkins, & Egg Yolk); The High Wire (Fogo Island Shrimp, Citrus, Tarragon & Avocado); and The Wheel of Death (Egg, Truffle, Chive). Guests will also experience the “Silk Ribbon Entremet” and “The Enigmatic Trickster’s Sweet Mystery Boxes”.
