    Ahhh this would be epic!! I need some new shoes real bad! My health and fitness goal for 2024 is to strive for being continuous rather than consistent, as I’ll get further! I want to be consistent, don’t get me wrong. I just want to stop letting a day where life gets in the way to discourage me from continuing because I wasn’t “perfect” and missed a day. More specific goals would be eating better / cleaner, and moving my body more.
