MEOW! Kitty Liner How-To

We all remember that super popular trend of cat eyes where we used thick liner and mascara to accentuate the outer corners of our peepers with a dramatic swoosh! Well, this season, things are toning down a bit, and there’s a new look that’s softer and subtler: kitty eyes. With the same whimsy of its bolder counterpart, the kitty eye calls for smaller lines that are (thankfully) easier to apply.
