Band-e-Amir
- 1.5oz Empress Gin
- 0.5oz Arbutus Distillery Crème de Lavende
- 0.5oz Giffard Passionfruit Syrup
- 1.5oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- Egg White
Combine all ingredients to a shaker, dry shake with egg whites, then add ice and shake again. Strain out into glass, top with butterfly pea flower powder.
