A Perfect Drink For Vancouver Cocktail Week

With Vancouver Cocktail Week happening March 3 to 10, we asked Winnie Sun, co-owner and bartender at Main Street’s Zarak, to contribute her favourite cocktail recipe that you can make at home! —Vita Daily

Band-e-Amir

• 1.5oz Empress Gin
• 0.5oz Arbutus Distillery Crème de Lavende
• 0.5oz Giffard Passionfruit Syrup
• 1.5oz Fresh Lemon Juice
• Egg White

Combine all ingredients to a shaker, dry shake with egg whites, then add ice and shake again. Strain out into glass, top with butterfly pea flower powder.
