With Vancouver’s Cherry Blossom Festival coming soon (March 29 to April 25), our friends at The Flying Pig are featuring a special cocktail, the Cherry Blossom Sour. See below for the recipe, to make this drink at home. —Vita Daily

Cherry Blossom Sour

  • 1oz Sheringham Kazuki Gin 
  • 1oz Bols Cherry Brandy 
  • 1.5oz Lemon Juice 
  • .5oz Cherry Syrup 
  • 1oz Egg White 

Dry shake all ingredients hard. Wet shake and then double strain into a coupe glass. Use a dropper to add 3 drops of cherry juice and pull a skewer through to form hearts.
