Making cotton candy at home can be a fun and rewarding activity. Here’s how:

- Corn syrup

- Spin the Sugar: Dip the whisk into the sugar syrup, lift it out, and quickly flick the sugar back and forth over the parchment paper, forming thin strands. Work quickly as the sugar will harden.
- Gather the Cotton Candy: Once you have a sufficient amount of spun sugar, gather it up with your fingers and wrap it around a paper cone or stick.
- Serve and Enjoy: Serve the cotton candy immediately.
