Open-Air Meditation

For the first time, Fairmont Waterfront is offering complimentary meditation classes every Saturday morning on the rooftop terrace. Under the expert guidance of professional instructor Tianne Allan, guests will experience gentle, breath-inspired movement. This slower-paced class, ideal for combating jetlag and finding inner peace, takes place at 8:00 a.m. and can be reserved in advance through the hotel’s concierge.

Pop-Up Oyster & BC Wine Bar

ARC Restaurant has introduced Sip and Shuck, a summer pop-up wine and oyster bar. Open Monday through Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., this unique experience offers a daily rotating selection of small-batch wines from the Okanagan Valley and fresh oysters. Walk-ins are welcome, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring Vancouver’s waterfront.

Bees & Blooms Tours

Explore the wonders of bees with Fairmont Waterfront’s Bees & Blooms Tours. Offered daily at 3:00 p.m. through August 31, these tours allow guests to view the rooftop hives and learn about the significance of pollinators. After the tour, savour a three-course pollinator-friendly Province to Plate menu at ARC, showcasing ingredients requiring pollination. Don’t miss the signature Rosemary Gimlet cocktail, crafted with the hotel’s own honey-infused gin.

Rooftop Garden Dinner Series

Experience outdoor dining at its finest with Fairmont Waterfront’s Rooftop Garden Dinner Series. Held on three evenings this summer—June 20, July 18, and August 22—the series features multi-course dinners with wine pairings from top Okanagan producers. Guests will enjoy canapés, an immersive garden and bee tour, and a themed menu inspired by seasonal ingredients. Tickets start at $169 CAD per person and can be reserved online.

Brunch: Bottomless Edition

ARC Restaurant’s award-winning Bottomless Brunch is available every weekend and on long holiday Mondays. For $65 per person, indulge in a variety of sweet and savoury dishes, including Lobster Mac & Cheese, Beef Shortrib Poutine, and Smoked Salmon Benny.
