On January 19 and 20, Heritage Restaurant and Bar is hosting two exclusive Lunar New Year fundraising dinners at their newest location on Main Street. This special collaboration brings together celebrated chefs Will Lew of Pacific Reach and Sharon Chan of MAMAintheKitchen, delivering a dining experience that blends tradition, innovation, and community spirit.

These four-course dinners, featuring 13 exquisite dishes, are not just a feast for the senses—they’re a way to support a vital cause. All proceeds will go to the Vancouver Chinatown Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to preserving and revitalizing Vancouver’s historic Chinatown.

A Feast Rooted in Tradition and Creativity

The thoughtfully curated menu highlights the rich cultural significance of Lunar New Year while showcasing the chefs’ unique culinary philosophies. Crafted from sustainable, locally sourced ingredients donated by esteemed suppliers, the menu promises to delight.

• Salted Egg Yolk Crusted Pork Belly with crab salad and sour plum spiced honey glaze
• Heritage Handmade Noodles symbolizing longevity
• Peking Duck with hoisin and steamed crepes
• Desserts like Mandarin Mousse and reimagined Nin Gou Rice Cakes, symbolizing good fortune

Live performances by local artists Marie Hui and Kristin Fung will add a magical touch to this festive evening.
