Seedlip Non-Alcoholic Cocktail Recipes
1. Seedlip Margarita (Featuring Seedlip Notas de Agave)
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Seedlip Notas de Agave
- 1 tbsp Agave Syrup
- ½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
Garnish: Salt rim & dehydrated lime disc
Method:
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add Seedlip Notas de Agave, agave syrup, and lime juice. Shake well and strain into a glass. Garnish with a salt rim and a dehydrated lime disc.
2. Garden Sour (Featuring Seedlip Garden 108)
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Seedlip Garden
- 1 oz Cloudy Apple Juice
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Cider Vinegar
- 2 tsp Sugar Syrup
- 1 Egg White
Garnish: Rosemary sprig
Method:
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Double strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a rosemary sprig.
3. Seedlip Mule (Featuring Seedlip Spice 94)
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Seedlip Spice 94
- ½ oz Ginger Nectar
- ½ oz Lime Juice
- Club Soda to top
Garnish: Lime slice
Method:
Pour Seedlip Spice 94 over ice. Add ginger nectar and lime juice, then top with club soda. Stir gently and garnish with a lime slice.
4. Seedlip Toddy (Featuring Seedlip Grove 42)
Ingredients:
- 1¾ oz Seedlip Grove 42
- 1 bar spoon Coconut Sugar
- 4 oz Hot Assam Tea
Garnish: Ginger peel
Method:
Combine all ingredients and stir well. Brew Assam tea beforehand by steeping one tea bag in boiling water for 2 minutes. Serve warm and garnish with a ginger peel.
