Barbie is stepping onto the ice—and into the fashion game—in a bold new collaboration with the Professional Women’s Hockey League (PWHL) and Canadian streetwear brand Peace Collective. Just launched for pre-order, the exclusive Barbie x PWHL capsule is a celebration of strength, empowerment, and the women rewriting the rules of professional sport.
Fronting the campaign are Toronto Sceptres stars Emma Maltais and Maggie Connors, who model key pieces from the nine-piece collection—including a heavyweight pink hoodie and matching joggers—in a visual ode to confidence and inclusivity. This marks the first-ever Barbie ready-to-wear collection designed by Peace Collective, and it couldn’t come at a better time: with women’s hockey on the rise, and style-forward athletes commanding the spotlight, this collection hits the sweet spot between performance and power dressing.
Inspired by vintage hockey jerseys and classic varsity aesthetics, the collection includes sweatsuits, rugby shirts, a varsity jacket, and accessories in iconic Barbie pink and PWHL purple. Each piece is emblazoned with rallying graphics like “Our Game, Our Rules”—a phrase that perfectly captures the energy behind the campaign.
