I’ve been using it daily and have noticed my under-eye area looking brighter and a little less puffy, especially helpful after late nights or early calls. l’oreal paris. I’ve tried my fair share of high-end lip plumpers, but this drugstore gem from L’Oréal Paris seriously holds its own.
