Crystals and crystal healing can be polarizing. There are enthusiasts who swear by their collections, skeptics who will give it a shrug but a solid effort, and naysayers who will call your sparkling geode nothing but a rock (rude). Whichever camp you land in, you will still leave Flourish, the LIV Well Spa at Azuridge Estate Hotel feeling … something. Here’s why. —Kim Bastian
This Place Just Has Good Energy
Crystals have been a part of Azuridge since its inception in 2012, with its very name referencing both the mineral azurite and Alberta’s expansive azure skies. This hidden gem, if you will, is situated on 13 acres of rolling foothills, giving it a feeling of complete seclusion and natural serenity. From its Sapphire Hall and Emerald Manor buildings to its Malachite Room and Citrine Suite, each space has energy therapy and crystals woven into its very design. Flourish Spa, named for the fluorite mineral, embodies this purpose entirely, and is a platform to bring guests and visitors peace, clarity, and focus—just like the crystal it is named for.
Private Space to Flourish
Sean Liv is director of Flourish as well as an author, transformational coach, and all-around ray of light. The space she has conceived here is a private, year-round retreat that takes the typical spa menu to another level with self-guided practices, personal growth opportunities, and an array of healing modalities for complete, holistic wellbeing. Here, crystals are incorporated each step of the way, and Sean herself has plenty of intuition to take life circumstances and turn them into opportunities for tension relief and change.
The space itself reads like a private ski chalet, but instead of alpine motifs, there are crystal chandeliers, deep chairs next to a stone hearth, a chef’s kitchen for added nourishment, and stunning treatment areas. Expect to talk chakras, breathe in essential oils, and get reflective about your current energy state and how it might shift—for the better.
Plenty of Vitamin N
LIV Well programming truly starts outside in nature, or as Sean refers to it, getting lots of “vitamin N.” A short walk from the spa’s front door is a trail sign equipped with a QR code and map, offering myriad pathways with supportive messages for whatever suits your energetic state. Walk or hike, taking in thoughtful messages along the way, arriving at anchor points in clearings with benches for guided meditations, journaling, or physical activity.
Soundbaths to Clear Everything Out
The deep, reverberating tones of a sound bath are just the thing to put you in a parasympathetic state prior to a treatment. From the crystal menu, choose the type of energy support you need—Sean will make excellent recommendations. For my recent career transition, I carry jasper (strength and courage), amethyst (intuition), and peridot (stress reduction) up the spiral staircase into the loft. Getting Sean’s help aligning them with the right chakras, I lay back and let the sound wrap my body in waves of decompression, literally toning away negativity but not allowing anything to pass between my ears except pure healing energy.
Healing Touch to Restore and Relax
On route to the treatment room of your choice—one designed with giving/masculine energy in mind and one with receiving/feminine energy—a pause and reflection on the crystals at hand. What you take into the room will be used by your practitioner during treatment, and for my massage, I want to just let go. We swap the jasper and peridot out and add in aquamarine for stress relief and rose quartz for self-love.
It’s considered normal for sensations to arise during treatment: a feeling of heat or cold, a release of emotion, a presence of sorts (but it’s totally fine if all you feel is just the relaxing benefits of healing touch.
A Crystalized Journey Back to Yourself
Relaxed. Relieved. Unburdened. Connected. Nourished. You will leave Flourish feeling something you need to feel. And in this sensory oasis, complete life satisfaction is the ultimate goal (although, we know, energy is cyclical, with no fixed end point). So visit when you can, or if you’re local, join the membership program, and enjoy the benefits of sound baths, centred safe space, and tailored well-being opportunities year-round. Either way, the crystalline energy of Flourish at Azuridge will be here to guide you.

Good day, everyone. I actually found this app through a forwarded message in a group chat, not an ad. That made it feel more trustworthy. I was interested in how it handled repeated use. From Bangladesh, I tested it across different times. During one session, right in the middle, I used https://mcw-login.com/app/ and noticed it kept things consistent. No sudden changes, no confusion. I closed it feeling relaxed, which is usually a good sign for me.

A spa is a great place to spend time and go on dates. Once, I found an interesting partner on flirtini login https://www.flirtini.com and invited her to spend time with me at a spa. It was a wonderful experience, with pleasant conversation, a relaxing atmosphere, and a feeling of purification. I was very satisfied.
