2 oz Grant’s Triple Wood
½ oz Simple Syrup
1.5 oz Cranberry Juice
1 oz Orange Juice
Juice from ½ a Lemon
Egg White (optional)

In a shaker, add Grant’s Triple Wood, simple syrup, cranberry juice, orange juice, lemon and egg white and shake. Add ice and shake once again to chill. Strain into a rocks glass and garnish with cinnamon stick and cranberry skewer.

½ oz Vanilla Simple Syrup
3 dashes Angostura bitters
Orange and star anise garnish

In a cocktail glass, stir Grant’s Triple Wood, vanilla simple syrup and Angostura bitters with ice until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass with a king cube and garnish with orange peel and star anise.
