There’s nothing quite like the glow of twinkling lights, the sound of cheerful carols, and the scent of something delicious in the air—and Burnaby Village Museum’s Festive Village delivers all of that magic and more. From November 22, 2025 to January 2, 2026, the beloved holiday attraction returns with presenting partner Concord Pacific, transforming its charming 10-acre open-air site into a winter wonderland brimming with nostalgic charm.
With free gate admission (yes, free!) and $2.71 carousel rides, Festive Village is one of the season’s most spirited, family-friendly outings. Wander through illuminated heritage streets, snap festive photos beneath classic decorations, meet Father Christmas, enjoy carolers and roving entertainers, or tackle a holiday scavenger hunt. Between twirls on the carousel, warm up with comfort eats at Mai’s Cafe or treat yourself to Cravings Kettle Corn’s freshly popped sweetness.
A few things to know: peak nights may reach capacity, so plan to arrive early—or opt for a weekday visit—and keep an eye on Festive Village’s website and social channels for updates. Parking is limited, making carpooling or transit the best bet for a smooth arrival.
