Day 1: Arrive at Eau Palm Beach
Touching down in Palm Beach brings an instant shift in pace. The air is warmer, the colours are brighter, and the rhythm is slower. After your journey, you have finally arrived where the Atlantic meets seven acres of lush tropical gardens: Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa. With a prestigious legacy as the former Ritz-Carlton, the hotel remains one of Palm Beach’s most celebrated properties, defined by gracious service and refined style. The hotel is currently undergoing an elegant reimagining, marking an exciting transformation that is subtly unfolding throughout the resort.
After settling into your suite overlooking the ocean, take a slow, grounding beach walk along Eau’s private shoreline. There’s no better way to shake off travel and soak in the exciting reality that you have finally arrived.
You will likely be exhausted from your day, so simply mosey back to your room to freshen up and head downstairs for your first meal at Nobu, located right inside the hotel. The iconic omakase and fresh coastal flavours are perfectly enjoyed with the Atlantic just metres away.
Day 2: Gilded History
After you wake up to the sound of waves crashing on the shoreline, pop downstairs to perk up with an artisan latte and pastries made in-house at Oceana. From there, walk right next door over to the award-winning Eau Spa – well known to be one of the best in all of Palm Beach. After your treatment of choice, there are many facilities to enjoy from rainfall hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, and a serenity garden. Be sure to enjoy lunch, tea, and healthy snacks in the vast spa lounge.
From here, change into a colourful outfit before heading to your first iconic Palm Beach landmark: the Henry Morrison Flagler Museum (Whitehall). Henry Flagler was a founding partner in Standard Oil Co. with John D. Rockefeller and created the Florida East Coast Railway in addition to a series of luxury hotels. Built in 1902 as a wedding gift for his wife, the Whitehall estate is a breathtaking window into America’s Gilded Age – a period when Flagler’s vision changed the destiny of the East Coast. The visit is an absolute must for any history buffs, fans of TV shows like Palm Royale or Bridgerton, and interior design lovers. Think ornate ceilings, marble halls, breathtaking craftsmanship, and history around every corner.
A few minutes from the estate is Worth Avenue, the iconic shopping district known for its luxury stores, Mediterranean architecture, and hidden courtyards with romantic fountains. For an enchanting peek inside the world of Palm Beach, stroll up and down to soak in the unique boutiques, people watching, and sophisticated ambiance.
As you head back to the hotel, enjoy dinner at Angle, the resort’s intimate fine-dining restaurant. Highlights include Lobster Bisque and exceptional cuts of Snake River Wagyu.
Day 3: A Wellness Reset
For your last morning at Eau, be sure to enjoy a swim in the serene pool (they have adults-only facilities) or a round of tennis before the day heats up. After working up an appetite and checking out, head to Elisabetta’s for lunch. This lively Italian restaurant is known for handmade pastas, wood-fired pizzas and a warm atmosphere. The arancini con tartufo and calamari a la plancha are all mouthwatering. The restaurant is known to buzz, and for good reason – it’s delicious.
After lunch, head north to Singer Island to check in to Amrit Ocean Resort for a change of pace. This brand new, next-generation healing destination is centered in balance, longevity, and transformative living. Airy with oceanfront rooms and a modern design, Amrit blends ancient traditions with cutting-edge therapies in a way that feels authentic to the modern Palm Beach.
After dropping your bags, put on a robe and head down to the spectacular 103,000 square wellness facility. This state-of-the-art space is the heart of the resort and is dedicated to balance, longevity, and restoration. Spread across multiple floors, the facility combines high-performance fitness studios with advanced recovery and mind-body therapies, including a fully equipped gym, meditation pods, hyperbaric oxygen chambers, and red-light therapy beds designed to support cellular repair and recovery.
One of Amrit’s most distinctive offerings is the Aayush Hydrothermal Experience, a guided indoor–outdoor thermal circuit that moves guests through a sequence of warm and cool pools, saunas, steam rooms, salt inhalation, and reflexology elements. For a more focused moment, the Somadome meditation pods offer a deeply calming experience using sound, colour, and guided meditation to soothe the nervous system. Complemented by a Turkish hammam and a thoughtfully curated menu of holistic treatments from Ayurvedic bodywork to targeted facials, Amrit blends ancient healing traditions with modern wellness technology in a way that feels both comprehensive and deeply restorative.
After your incredibly relaxing afternoon, head to LALA for dinner. Wellness is also incorporated here with their signature mixology program, fusing herbal and medicinal elements to deliver cocktails and mocktails with health benefits, like the Chamomile Old Fashioned.
Day 4: Shopping and Chakras
For your fourth day, escape into pure old-world glamour with breakfast at one of the most coveted spots in Palm Beach: Café Boulud. Located inside the famed Brazilian Court Hotel, Café Boulud delivers French fare in a tropical setting, making you feel like you have stepped back in time. Don’t skip the blueberry lemon ricotta pancakes – they are lifechanging.
Just a few minutes away is the Norton Museum, one of the crown jewels of Palm Beach’s art scene. This world-class institution houses more than 8,200 works flowing into 37,000 square feet of sculptural gardens. Highlights include a Degas ballerina, Picasso sketches, and a large Kaws sculpture. The in-house restaurant is incredibly beautiful and reshly renovated, with delicious contemporary food and a fabulous drinks menu.
From here, stop by the arguably the most iconic destination in Palm Beach: The Breakers. Sip on something classic in the iconic bar while taking in the ornate details and reflect on your tour at Whitehall (Henry Flagler built The Breakers, too). Return to the hotel for dinner at TULĀ, named after the Sanskrit word for “balance”, for some seafood overlooking the sunset.
Day 5: One Last Shop
After checking out of Amrit, head to The Gardens Mall, Palm Beach County’s most expansive luxury shopping destination. Check your luggage at guest services and explore this pristine 1.4 million square foot centre that has every store you could ever dream of. From high-end staples to casual classics, this mall is a destination in itself – plus, it’s decorated with showstopping landscaping and fine art.
Have a casual farewell lunch at Tap 42 attached to the mall. Standouts include the truffle guacamole and the Millionaire Margarita, equipped with its own Don Julio 1942 Mini Bottle Floater.
Luggage (and shopping) in hand, it’s time to head off to the airport. With its multitude of offerings for every kind of traveler, Palm Beach feels less like a one-off trip and more like a destination to return to. Between its historic landmarks, elevated dining, and growing wellness offerings, it’s a place that invites you to slow down – and come back when you’re ready for it again.
