I really like the idea of a conscious digital detox instead of completely disappearing — using social media with intention feels much healthier and more realistic. Creating space for real experiences makes a big difference too, especially when life gets too screen-heavy. That’s something I’ve tried to focus on more, like planning meaningful trips and activities offline.
