M·A·Czine Is Back—And It’s Louder, Bolder, and More Maximal Than Ever

After a nine-year beauty break, M·A·Czine is officially back—and it’s trading glossy pages for a fully digital, social-first glow-up. The iconic editorial platform that once served as M·A·C’s insider style manifesto has returned to celebrate fashion, beauty, culture, and artistry in real time—and it’s doing so with a bang.

Leading the comeback? None other than M·A·C Global Brand Ambassador and pop provocateur Doja Cat, who graces the first digital cover and sets the tone for this fearless new chapter. Shot exhaling smoke through a M·A·Cximal Lipstick bullet in the fiery shade Lady Danger, the image is edgy, graphic, and unmistakably M·A·C. Inside the issue, fans get an intimate look at Doja’s creative world—her love affair with bold red lips, her favourite shades (including Caviar, worn on SNL), and her first-ever on-camera GRWM where she does her own makeup. Yes—she was her own makeup artist on set.

Originally published in print from 2009 to 2017, M·A·Czine was once the brand’s creative playground—an insider look at runway trends, artistic direction, and boundary-pushing beauty moments. Now reimagined for the digital age, the platform lives across social and owned channels, capturing the pulse of contemporary beauty culture as it happens.

“Back in the day, M·A·Czine was where we experimented and brought our most daring ideas to life,” says Nicola Formichetti, M·A·C Cosmetics Global Creative Director. “As bold, confident makeup makes its return, this felt like the perfect time to bring it back. It’s time to have fun with makeup again.”

The January issue also tips its hat to M·A·C’s legendary roots, spotlighting makeup artistry across the wider M·A·C community. Expect nods to industry icon Terry Barber, pro-approved red lip pairings, a nostalgic “From the Archives” moment featuring the forever-iconic Ruby Woo, and a playful deep dive with It Girl JT on the cult-favourite Snob Lipglass.

Bottom line? M·A·Czine’s return is a love letter to maximalism, self-expression, and unapologetic beauty. Ready to paint the town red? Dive into the full story at maccosmetics.ca and follow along on social to catch every bold moment of M·A·Czine’s comeback. —Noa Nichol

M·A·CZINE’s comeback explodes with louder, bolder maximalism—those vivid spreads and unapologetic energy recharge my creative spirit every time I flip through. Last month I styled a maximalist look inspired by their vibe for a fun night out, feeling instantly more confident and alive. As I focus on glowing skin to match that vibrant aesthetic, Meaningful Beauty reviews on https://meaningful-beauty.pissedconsumer.com/review.html shared real results that motivated me to try their regimen. Fine lines softened noticeably after a few weeks. Now my skin looks radiant, perfectly complementing the magazine’s fearless maximal style.
