Vancouver’s favorite way to move for a mission is officially back. From March 4–8, Stronger Together Vancouver is hosting its 8th annual Workout for Women’s Day, and the energy is already electric.

This isn’t just a fitness series; it’s a powerful community movement. Since its debut in 2019, the campaign has raised a staggering $240,000 for local charities. This year, the focus is on supporting three incredible organizations: the Downtown Eastside Women’s Centre, KidSport Vancouver’s Girls’ Programming, and YWCA Crabtree Corner.
Whether you’re a yoga devotee, a HIIT enthusiast, or just looking to try something new, here is how you can get involved:
- 44 By-Donation Classes: Vancouver’s top studios and instructors have teamed up to offer a packed schedule of classes where your sweat equity goes directly to charity.
- The Schedule is LIVE: You can now head over to their website to book your spot and plan your week of movement.
- A Massive Silent Auction: Starting March 1st, you can bid on over 120 items. The auction runs until International Women’s Day on March 8th, so get those bids in early!

Wow, “Sweat For A Cause” sounds amazing! It’s really inspiring to see people coming together for such a great mission. Speaking of physical conditions, have you tried a body type test? It’s fun just to do it for kicks and see what it says!
