Enter our new grocery-store love, Canadian-made Marinelli’s
True Italian Pasta Sauce ($10.99, at Fiesta Farms). Flavours like
No-Meat Bolognese and Classic Marinara are made with extra-virgin olive
oil and boast vegan, gluten-free and even GMO-free logos on the label.
And while the price might be on the steep side, it’s cheap compared to
last-minute takeout with a grease hangover to match.
We can’t all have an Uncle Pasquale sharing home-canned sauce from
