Just in time for the world’s biggest soccer tournament, the park is transforming into a full-on fan zone with Canyon Kick-Off, a six-week celebration running June 6 to July 19 that blends global football energy with iconic West Coast nature.
Picture this: you’re standing high above the canyon, surrounded by lush rainforest—and suspended beneath the bridge are flags from all eight competing nations, alongside a giant 10-foot soccer ball. It’s dramatic, it’s immersive, and yes, it’s very Instagrammable.

The entire park is getting in on the action with interactive fun for all ages—think foosball battles, soccer cornhole, and a Rainforest Explorer challenge that turns your visit into a mini adventure. What an incredible way to mix outdoor adventure with sports excitement! Experiencing soccer fever right in the middle of a stunning rainforest at Capilano is definitely going on my bucket list.
