We discovered Whatisadam at the inauguration of the G Star Raw flagship store at Carrefour Laval. Admittedly, we were a bit late to the party: The talented street artist’s work is plastered all over the world’s hippest neighbourhoods, from the 4th arrondissement to Williamsburg to the Plateau
But now that the Montrealer on our radar, we can’t stop thinking about how fabulous the Cold Flu Maple Sizzurp print ($150 at Station 16 Gallery) would look on our wall. And with spring, a.k.a., sugar shack season, right around the corner, the timing couldn’t be better.
