Edmonton’s downtown core is set to get a much-needed live music injection. The new Needle Vinyl Tavern will open its doors this March on Jasper Avenue. They’ve already got a host of bands booked for their opening month, not to mention an impressive cocktail list! Vancouver blues duo Harpoonist and the Axe Murderer will kick off the fun on March 10th with more awesome Canadian talent snapping at their heals.
The Needle plans to host live music five days a week in the 500-person room so you’ll always have a chance to catch some tunes in the core. — Amy Dillon
