New Eats: Home Baking Co.

Lately, we’ve been saying this a lot. No, not to random dates. We’re talking about Home Baking Co. New to Bloor West, this bakeshop puts out the yummiest spread, laden with all manner of sweets. There’s cake (carrot, coffee and the like) and cookies—add ice cream to the latter and create your own ice cream sandwich. Owned by Chris Stopa of Bakerbots and Bang Bang fame, the recipes used are family favourites passed down from his grandmother to his mother to him.
