Lazy Sundays are for self-care and long, luxurious acts of skincare! Here’s a simple and refreshing skin regimen you could try today to renew your skin.

  1. Start by washing your face with a gentle cleanser to remove any dirt and makeup from the week.
  2. Exfoliate your skin using a gentle scrub or exfoliating brush to remove dead skin cells and promote cell renewal.
  3. Apply a face mask to help hydrate and rejuvenate your skin. Choose a mask that suits your skin type, such as a hydrating mask for dry skin or a clarifying mask for oily skin.
  4. While your mask is on, use this time to relax and unwind. You could take a warm bath or simply lie down and listen to some calming music.
  5. After 10-15 minutes, rinse off the mask with lukewarm water and pat your face dry with a clean towel.
  6. Apply a facial serum or oil to help nourish and protect your skin. Choose a product that contains antioxidants and other skin-loving ingredients like vitamin C, vitamin E, and hyaluronic acid.
  7. Finish off your regimen by applying a moisturizer with SPF to protect your skin from harmful UV rays.
