Mark your calendars: Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution Day comes to Montreal (plus more than 100 other countries besides Canada) this Friday, May 16th.
On the agenda: a live cooking demo by Martin Juneau of Pastaga, who will then face off in a kitchen challenge against Impasto‘s Stefano Faita. There’ll also be plenty of great local eats at the Real Food Market from Lufa Farms, La Bête à Pain, Glow Cleans, Le Kitchen and more. The best part? All proceeds will be donated to La Tablée des Chefs, whose mission is to feed families in need and educate future generations by developing their self-sufficiency around food.
