Food trends come and go, but hearty Mediterranean flare is always in.
Situated just off King West, Byblos is a new Eastern Med eatery bound to become a hot spot. Our meal began with Organic House Labneh ($6), a strained yogurt dip served with Barbari flatbread. Next was Duck Kibbeh ($12), best described as a delicious stuffed meat falafel, and crunchy Crispy Squid ($11). We could have sipped on invigorating green tea-infused Ten Suns vodka cocktails ($14) until sunrise, but it was a school night.
