Created by Chef Alex Guido, this warm, golden appetizer packs a full kilogram of fresh Dungeness crab (yes, a whole kilo!) and is perfect for scooping with tortilla chips or your favorite crisps. Crab and Artichoke Dip

  • 454g cream cheese
  • 2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cup mayo
  • 4 cups grated parmesan
  • 400g artichoke hearts
  • 1kg Dungeness crab meat
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • Squeeze all moisture out of crab meat
  • Mix in a bowl with rest of the ingredients

Cooking Instructions

  • Fill a 2-inch baking dish with mixture, making sure it is in an even layer
  • Bake in oven at 350 degrees f for about 5 -10 mins until warmed trough
  • Finish under broiler, until golden brown on the top
  • Serve with tortilla chips, or your choice of crisps

    That Crab and Artichoke Dip sounds absolutely incredible! A full kilogram of Dungeness crab is seriously generous. Definitely need to try this recipe.
