This November, whisky lovers in B.C. can discover Glenmorangie’s latest limited-edition release, A Tale of Spices. The sixth expression in the distillery’s award-winning Tale Of… series, this imaginative single malt is inspired by the vibrant colours and aromas of global spice markets.
For the first time, Glenmorangie has finished whisky in four distinct cask types—including rare Moroccan red wine casks—creating a uniquely layered profile. Expect warming notes of ginger, saffron, and nutmeg, balanced with sugared almonds, floral hints, and a touch of eucalyptus.
Led by Director of Whisky Creation Dr. Bill Lumsden and Master Blender Gillian Macdonald, Glenmorangie continues to push the boundaries of whisky-making with bold, creative releases. A Tale of Spices is bottled at 46% ABV, presented in packaging inspired by the colourful mosaics of spice markets, and already boasts a Gold award from the International Spirits Competition 2025.
