The evening kicks off with a toast to Buddy’s wide-eyed arrival in NYC: choose an espresso martini or a whipped-cream-loaded coffee, inspired by his ecstatic discovery of the “world’s best cup of coffee.” Then comes the moment we’ve all been waiting for—the spaghetti.
