burgers and beer are fine for the main course at your backyard barbecue,
take dessert to the next level with a little help from an old
Made in Canada
Mix cup of maple syrup with 2 to 3 tablespoons of Grand Marnier.
Add a dash of cinnamon.
Cut pineapple lengthwise into four pieces.
Remove the core section and score the fruit, making sure that it is
still attached to the skin.
Baste each section with marinade.
Place on barbecue, with the prickly outer skin on the grill.
Stand on guard for 20 minutes.
