Downtownfood
boasts the citys first eco-driven rooftop garden that currently supplies
40 types of vegetables, herbs and fruits and two rooftop hives for the
bistro to make its own honey, meaning these guys actually grow food in
downtown Calgary.
The menu features a combination of Canadian ingredients and flavours
mixed with an Asian twist and changes with the season so everything is
current, local and 100 per cent Oceanwise.
And of course we cant forget about cocktails featuring herbs from the
garden. Our favourite? The Watermelon 3way with vodka, citronge, apple
juice, watermelon and lemon grass.
