At the opening party for Temper Chocolates and Pastry in Dundarave Village West Vancouver, we found some very haute cocoa.
We noshed on the creations from expert pastry chef and chocolatier Steve Hodge, like coconut croissants ($4.95)and salty balls truffles ($1.75). The modern interior is open-concept, so curious sweet-tooths can see the chocolate making action. Plus there’s a patio – we envision ourselves noshing on the Waldorf chicken salad sandwich ($9.50) in the summer months.
